Whole Wheat Biscuits (Oil-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate milk to form a dough.
  • Either drop into spoonfuls on greased or lined cookie sheet or roll into a half-inch thick dough and cut with biscuit cutter and arrange on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops begin to turn golden.
  • Serve warm with breakfast gravy of choice.
