Whole Wheat Biscuits (Oil-Free)

- 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate milk to form a dough.
Either drop into spoonfuls on greased or lined cookie sheet or roll into a half-inch thick dough and cut with biscuit cutter and arrange on cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops begin to turn golden.
Serve warm with breakfast gravy of choice.
