If you’re looking for a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional ranch dressing, this vegan ranch dressing is your answer. This dressing is made with plant-based ingredients, making it a healthier choice than my old favorite Hidden Valley. Let’s talk about the benefits of vegan ranch dressing, how to make it, and how to use it in a variety of dishes.

Benefits

Vegan ranch dressing is lower in calories and saturated fat, making it a healthier choice than traditional ranch dressing. When I make this recipe, I love to use Hellmann’s vegan mayonnaise. I truly cannot tell the difference between this recipe and Hidden Valley Ranch when I use Hellmann’s mayonnaise! Hidden Valley does make a vegan ranch these days which I hear is amazing, but this recipe will also save your pocketbook!

Uses

I love to use this versatile dressing in a variety of dishes. My favorite way to use this vegan ranch dressing is, you guessed it, on top of a fresh, mouthwatering salad! It’s also a staple ingredient in my taco salad recipe. This ranch dressing makes a delicious addition to your favorite burrito or loaded baked potato as well. I love to always have some on hand in my refrigerator as well as the dry herb mix in my pantry.

How to make

When you make your ranch dressing, first you will mix the dry ingredients together. In this step, I love to do large quantities, and this recipe is very easy to adjust. Where it says 2 tablespoons, I may instead use 2 one-quarter cups. I love to have this recipe as a dry mix in bulk in my pantry to make it incredibly convenient for future use. To make the dressing, you will use just 1 tablespoon of the dry mix to add to your vegan mayonnaise.

Vegan ranch dressing is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional ranch dressing. It’s lower in calories and saturated fat than hidden valley or traditional ranch dressings making it a much healthier choice both for your heart and your overall health. Making vegan ranch dressing is so simple and can be prepped ahead in bulk. It can be used in a variety of dishes to add flavor and creaminess.

Favorite Salad Dressing Pitcher

I love to serve my vegan ranch dressing, or any salad dressing, in these small, elegant glass pitchers. The one I had recently broke, and it took me some searching to find them again. I use it so much I was eager to replace it right away. I also find these perfect for serving maple syrup over vegan pancakes. Click the link to buy from Amazon.
