Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegan shredded chicken see post for link to recipe, finely shred in food processor
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish or finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 cups celery, finely diced or pulverized in food processor
  • 1/4 cup sweet or red onion, finely diced or pulverized in food processor
  • 3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise of choice I typically use Hellmann's--delicious but not low fat!
  • 2 tsp vegan chicken seasoning if not available, salt to taste
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Finely shred vegan shredded chicken in food processor. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in relish, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Serve as a sandwich spread, a cracker dip, on a salad, or with a charcuterie board.
