Instructions
Add all ingredients to the instant pot. Stir to combine. Turn instant pot to "seal" setting, and cook under high pressure for 15 minutes. Quick release or natural release.
Top with sour cream, crackers, and green onions. Serve with your favorite whole wheat bread.
