  • 1 Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 quart soymilk must have soy as the only ingredient; see blog post for purchasing suggestions
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch see blog post for link to purchase
  • 3 capsules probiotic capsules opened & dumped; see blog post for link to purchase; not all probiotics work, see blog post

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the instant pot with a whisk. Close lid and press "yogurt" button. Increase time to 12 hours. After 12 hours, transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.
  • Add in your favorite fruit or jam or serve with granola.
  • Alternatively place 3 clean mason jars in instant pot. Divide ingredients equally between each and stir to combine. Follow directions above to culture.
