overripe bananas, peeled & mashed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
Remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
